Claims (1)
- 一方の主面側に第１電極および第２電極が互い
に入り組むように絶縁分離されて形成された半導
体基板と、この半導体基板の他方の主面側に設け
た温度補償板と、前記一方の主面側の半導体基板
上に載せられる接点プレートとから成る半導体ペ
レツトを有し、前記接点プレートを介して加圧力
が付与される圧接構造型半導体装置において、前
記半導体ペレツトの周縁に熱収縮チユーブを被覆
したことを特徴とする圧接構造型半導体装置。
