In general, heels for men's and women's shoes, especially heels for sandals, are mainly made of leather and synthetic resin materials, which not only causes problems in terms of weight, but also, in detail, when the foot is pushed down hard and the foot is pushed forward, the heel of the foot and the heel of the sandal are largely separated, causing a "sloshing" sound with each step, and it is not possible to walk with the heel of the foot restrained by the crescent shape of the upper leather, as in ordinary shoes. This causes many fatigue when walking, generates an unpleasant "sloshing" sound, and also causes problems such as muddy water splashing up during rainfall, which can soil clothes.

As a means to solve these problems, a heel rest for shoe soles as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 14415/1983 has been proposed. This is made by sequentially bending the elastic plate inward to form a first inclined part, a horizontal part located below the first inclined part, a second inclined part in the opposite direction to the first inclined part, and a substantially parallel part to the second inclined part. And, a third sloped part is formed continuously in that order, with the first sloped part contacting the horizontal part at both upper and lower ends.In other words, the elastic plate is bent into a side shape ∠ shape, and the horizontal side edge of this The upper end of the curled portion is brought into contact with the inner surface of the first inclined portion.

By attaching this to the back of the heel of the shoe, it is possible to make walking easier due to its elasticity and solve the above-mentioned problems, but due to the weight, the curled part That is, this curled portion, which acts as a support, plastically deforms as the shoe is worn, making it impossible to maintain the heel height at the initial height, which is disadvantageous in that it greatly impedes the feeling of wearing the shoe.

The present invention was devised in view of the above circumstances, and uses simple and rational means to solve the problems of the conventional technology. The heel of the shoe follows the fit, allowing for a nimble walk that always maintains a constant heel height.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide shoes that do not generate a slapping sound, and the structure of the present invention solves the problems of the conventional technology.
Alternatively, the heel member is a horizontally U-shaped heel member whose front edge is closed and the left and right sides and the rear are open, using a plate-like body made of a rigid plastic material such as hard plastic or reinforced plastic with appropriate elasticity. In the heel for shoes, a control post shorter than the height of the opening is provided on the upper or lower inner surface of the rear opening of the heel member, and the free end of the control post and the plate of the heel member are provided. Distance l from the inner surface
is characterized in that the length of the bent portion of the heel member exceeds the elastic range but does not reach the plastic range.

1 is made of a light alloy such as aluminum or duralumin, or a rigid plastic material such as a hard plastic or reinforced plastic with appropriate elasticity, and has a plate-like body with both ends formed in a semicircular arc shape, and a plate-like body with a semicircular arc shape at both ends. bent into a sideways U-shape,
The heel member has a closed front edge and is open on both left and right sides and at the rear. One or more control rods 2 are provided on the upper surface of the lower plate that constitutes the heel member 1.
will be established. The length of the control post 2 is shorter than the rear opening h of the heel member 1. and,
The distance l between the upper end of the control column 2 and the inner surface of the upper plate of the heel member is such that when the inner surface of the upper plate touches the top surface of the control column 2, the bent portion of the heel member 1 is in an elastic range. The length is such that it does not reach the plastic region.
Further, the control post 2 may be provided on the inner surface of the upper plate of the heel member 1, as shown in FIG.

The heel member 1 includes an outsole 3 as shown in FIG.
Approximately half of the heel part including the heel part from the midway part is divided into upper and lower halves along the thickness, and the closed edge is interposed between the heel parts facing forward and fixed with an adhesive or the like. Then, a cushion member 4 such as a sponge is filled into a triangular space created between the front edge of the heel member 1 and the outsole 3 divided into two pieces. In this embodiment, since the heel member 1 has cushioning properties, the cushioning member 4 may be replaced with a filling material that does not have cushioning properties. In addition, in this example, the outsole 3 with approximately half divided into two pieces was used, but the outsole is made into a two-layer structure, with the front half being glued or sewn, and the back half being free up and down. The same effect can be obtained even if the outsole is used, so it is not limited to the one shown. Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the heel plate 3a may be bonded to the back surface of the lower plate portion of the heel member 1.

(a) Since the heel member has a hollow structure, it is possible to provide shoes with rich cushioning properties, but it is also possible to significantly reduce weight, improve walkability and hygienic effects, and make the heel member have elasticity. (b ) The degree of bending of the lateral U-shaped heel member is suppressed by the control post rod, and in addition to this suppressing effect, the length between the free tip of the control post and the plate surface of the heel member is controlled by the bending degree of the heel member. Since the length l is set such that the bent part of the heel member does not go beyond the elastic range and reach the plastic range, the bent part of the heel member is plastically deformed and the heel height is not changed lower than in the conventional technology, but the initial heel height is always maintained. can be maintained, and a comfortable wearing feeling can be maintained.

(c) Shape retention as a heel due to the presence of control rods,
In addition, it retains its durability and can withstand long-term use.
