    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 制御用のトランジスタのコレクターエミツタ電
    流路で負荷電流を制御し、エミツタに電流検出用
    抵抗が接続され、この電流検出用抵抗による電圧
    降下と前記制御用のトランジスタのベース―エミ
    ツタ間電圧の和を規制する定電圧素子とよりなる
    定電流回路において、前記コレクタ―エミツタ電
    流路と並列にコレクタ損失低減用抵抗を接続した
    ことを特徴とする定電流回路。
