- ベースフイルムとオーバーレイフイルムとで電
気回路を構成する導電箔を被覆保護し、その一部
を前記オーバーレイフイルムのランド用孔より外
部に露呈させてランド部としたフレキシブルプリ
ント回路基板において、前記オーバーレイフイル
ムに前記ランド用孔を取り囲むスリツトを形成し
たことを特徴とするフレキシブルプリント回路基
板。
