Claims (1)
- ホツパー内にもち米を撹拌する撹拌羽根を設け
、該撹拌羽根をモーターにて回転することにより
もち米を混練し餅を練り上げるようにした電気餅
搗き機に於いて、水ともち米とを収容したホツパ
ーの底部を加熱するヒーターと、該ヒーターへの
通電を制御すると共に、上記もち米を蒸し炊きし
ている途中に適宜モーターを所定時間駆動して上
記撹拌羽根を回転する制御回路とを設けた事を特
徴としてなる電気餅搗き機。
