- 下部チヤンバーに弁機構を介して上部チヤンバ
ーが着脱自在に連結されてなり、チヨクラルスキ
ー法によつて単結晶を引上げる単結晶引上装置に
おいて、前記上部チヤンバーに真空吸引装置がベ
ローズジヨイントを介して着脱自在に連結された
ことを特徴とする単結晶引上装置。
