Claims (1)
を切換弁により切換えて、吹込み口を通じて酸化
性ガスまたは粉体燃料のいづれかを溶湯中に吹込
み精錬する底吹き転炉あるいは上底吹き転炉にお
いて、 酸化性ガス吹込み系統もしくは粉体燃料吹込み
系統のいづれかに、その自動遮断弁から切換弁ま
での配管系統内に第1の分岐管を配設し、この第
1の分岐管に第1のガス放散弁を配設し、この弁
の排出側配管に、少なくとも1個の第2のガス放
散弁と少なくとも1個の放散流量制限部材とを並
列に設けた第2分岐管を接続してなるガス放散系
を設けたことを特徴とする転炉への酸化性ガスお
