Claims (1)
- 電圧の印加により透光特性が変化する材料より
なる層の両側に、多数の透明電極をマトリクス状
に整列配置してなる露光用プレートを具備し、予
め選択された露光パターンに応じて前記透明電極
への電圧印加パターンを調整し、該露光用プレー
ト上に表出すべき不透光域のパターンを変化せし
めるようにしたことを特徴とする露光装置。
