Claims (1)
- 光源とホトレジスト膜の間に設置される対向し
た２枚のガラス板の内側にパターン化された透明
電極が設けられ、かつ、そのガラス板間に液晶が
封入されており、前記透明電極のパターンは選択
的に電圧が印加できるようになつている液晶セル
のシヤツターアレイによるホトリソグラフイー用
液晶マスク。
