たかも複数個のスーパープロセスキー信号発生器を有す
ることと同等の機能を達成することができる。この場合
、各画面合成部は夫々別個にスーパー効果の各モード例
えばインサートする信号の選択やボーダ一部の入力信号
選択を任意に設定できる。最近では半導体メモリはその
規模が年々大きくなり、且つ構造コストも大幅に低下し
ており、フレームメモリの価格はスーパープロセスキー
信号発生器に比べると格段に安価である。このなめ、全
体の機能を維持したまま全体の構成を小さく、且つコス
トパフォーマンスを高くした特殊効果発生装置が実現で
きる。

像信号を出力する第2の画面合成回路とを備えることを
