【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は都市瓦斯等その他の瓦斯を使用中、サ
ーモスタツトの要作動場所、例えば瓦斯バーナー
の付近等が予め定めた温度以上に加熱した時、サ
ーモスタツトの作動により遮止用の栓体を自動的
に落下させて瓦斯通路を遮断し、以て瓦斯の供給
を自動的に遮止して火災の発生を防止する瓦斯通
路遮断器を得ることを目的とする。

受取部はサーモスタツトの要作動場所へ設備可能
に構成した瓦斯通路遮断器であつて、その実施の
一例を説明すれば次の通りである。

1の上部に設備した永久磁石を示すものである
が、本考案に於ては要するに永続的、ないし、耐
久力を有して磁力を発揮するものならばよく、必
ずしも永久磁石という種類を問うものではない。
7は支持杆で、遮止用栓体5の上面に定着し、そ
の上端部に鉄材等吸着体8を定着する。9は押上
杆で、容体1に挿通し、容体1の下方部に設けた
空間部4aに貫出させ、その貫出部上面に押圧子
9aを定着し、その押圧子は遮止用栓体5の下端
部に水平状に設けた受圧部5aを押圧するもので
ある。9bは押上杆9の下端部に定着した指圧
板、10は押上杆9に纒装した螺旋発条で、容体
1に下底部と指圧板9b間に圧縮して介在させ
る。故に押上杆9は常時下方へ押下されている。
11はサーモスタツト、即ち、その作動杆で、下
端部を容体1に定着した保持子12に定着し、先
端部を永久磁石6と吸着体8間に臨ませる。永久
磁石6は容体1に定着した保持函13中に収装固
定してあるから、作動杆11の先端部は保持函1
3中に挿入し、永久磁石6と吸着体8が接着して
いる時それ等の間にこじりながら進入することを
容易にするため永久磁石6に抉り部6aを設け、
上記先端部をこの中に配在させる。保持函13中
の永久磁石6には容体1内の吸着体8が接着する
ために保持函13の底部は容体1内に開口してい
る。この開口部へ吸着体8が進入する。そして、
吸着体8が永久磁石6に接着している時は瓦斯通
路2,3は十分に開口し、間隔部4を介して連通
している。14,14aは各オーリング、15は
瓦斯バーナーを示す。なお、第2図に於ては瓦斯
通路2と同3とが段違いになつているところを示
している。本考案に於て「容体内に瓦斯通路を対
設し、」とは必ずしも向い合つて対設しているこ
とをいうばかりでなく、並立、ないし、間隔部4
を介在させて瓦斯を供給する目的、意義により分
離されている瓦斯通路が互いに相関連している場
合も含むものである。第2図はこれを示してい
る。上記図面に於て遮止用栓体5と容体1内とを
ゴム製の被覆板16を以て連結し、上記間隔部4
に相応する容積を可及的狭少にすることもある。

動してその先端部が永久磁石6と吸着体8間にこ
じりながら進入して両者を離間し、遮止用栓体5
は自重により急速に落下して間隔部4中に嵌入
し、瓦斯通路2、同3の連通を遮断して瓦斯バー
ナー15に対する瓦斯の供給は停止する。また、
吸着体8の永久磁石6に対する吸着は、所定以上
の震動が加わる時はその震動力により離間し遮止
用栓体5が上述の落下作用を行う。
