- 真空中において円柱形状のワークを回転しなが
ら表面処理を行うものにおいて、前記ワークを円
板状の回転駆動部の円辺部に放射状に回転可能に
保持せしめ、前記ワークをＯリングを介して固定
保持部に圧接してなることを特徴とする表面処理
用回転駆動装置。
