の接合構造において、前記セラミツクスの接合端
面と金属の接合端面とはろう材を介して接合して
いると共に、前記セラミツクスの接合側の外周面
と金属とは化学的接合していないかもしくは同一
円周上でのみ部分的に化学的接合している構造を
有することを特徴とするセラミツクスと金属との
