取り付け構造。 (3) セラミツクス軸の外周に内輪を一体成形し
た請求項1のセラミツクス内輪の取り付け構造。 (4) セラミツクス内輪の両端面に金属軸を接合
するようにしたセラミツクス内輪の取り付け構造
。 (5) セラミツクスと金属との接合に活性ロウ材
を使用した請求項1または4のセラミツクス内輪
