た請求項１のセラミツクス内輪の取り付け構造。 (4) セラミツクス内輪の両端面に金属軸を接合
するようにしたセラミツクス内輪の取り付け構造
。 (5) セラミツクスと金属との接合に活性ロウ材
を使用した請求項１または４のセラミツクス内輪
