Claims (1)

を嵌入するとともに、上記空孔内壁面と上記セラ
ミツク部材表面との間にロウ材を介在させ、かつ
該ロウ材が上記空孔の外拡がり起点より外方に至
る位置まで存在せしめたことを特徴とする金属部
