Claims (1)
- 複数種類のワークに対して夫々加工用プログラ
ムを登録しておき、各パレツトにワークをランダ
ムに取付け、その都度パレツトの一部に当該ワー
クの識別標識を付し、各パレツトを加工位置に順
次搬入し、識別標識と照合して当該ワーク加工用
プログラムにより加工を行うマシニングセンタに
おいて、パレツトの一部に、マシニングセンタの
可動部の移動方向に沿つて、配列した複数個の識
別バーと、マシニングセンタの一部に取付けられ
、パレツトの識別バーの設定内容を非接触で検出
するセンサと、マシニングセンタの加工位置に搬
入されたパレツトに対して、当該パレツト又はセ
ンサのいずれか一方、識別バーの配列方向へ、マ
シニングセンタの可動部の数値制御機能によつて
位置決め移動させて識別バーの設定内容を検出す
る照合プログラムとで構成したことを特徴とする
非接触式パレツト判別装置。
