Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多角形の基板を載置台に乗せ、載置台を回
転させて基板上に滴下された塗布剤を基板に塗布
するものにおいて、上記載置台には、基板の周辺
に配置され基板を円形に整形する移動可能な整形
部材を備え、上記載置台の回転時に上記整形部材
を遠心力を利用して基板側面に密着させるように
したことを特徴とする塗布装置。 (2) 整形部材は載置台の回転軸の方向に移動可
能で、基板の厚さに合せて調節するようにした実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の塗布装置。
