Claims (1)
- 半導体ウエハ等の製作物に付着した粒子数を測
定するために用いられ、前記製作物の検査を行う
装置本体と、この装置本体が収納される箱体たる
筐体とを備えた測定装置であつて、この装置には
前記製作物の装填部が前記筐体表面に露出して設
けられていると共に、前記装填部外方には、この
装填部から筐体内部に向つて清浄空気を供給する
清浄空気供給装置が配設され、かつ、前記筐体は
前記装填部を残して装置本体周囲全体を気密状態
に囲繞する構成とされ、さらに、前記筐体にはそ
の内部の空気を強制的に排気する排気装置が設け
られていることを特徴とする製作物付着粒子数の
測定装置。
