とで密封し、かつ上記レーザ発振器からのレーザ
光線を上記リア透過部材からフロント透過部材へ
透過させるとともに該レーザ光線を増幅するレー
ザ増幅器と、さらに上記レーザ光線の出力を検出
する検出器とを備えたレーザ装置において、 上記レーザ増幅器のフロント透過部材又はリア
透過部材にレーザ光線の光軸に対して傾斜した傾
斜面を形成し、かつこの傾斜面によつて反射され
たレーザ光線を上記検出器で検出させることを特
