- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 収容する溶剤を加熱してガス化し精密洗浄に供
する精密洗浄槽において、 槽壁の槽開口部で対向し合う部分の一方に溶剤
ガスを他方に向け層状に噴き出すガス噴き出し口
を、他方に前記噴き出されてくるガスを受入れる
ガス吸引口をそれぞれ設け、 ガス吸引口とガス噴き出し口とをガス循環路で
接続し、 ガス循環路にガス噴き出し、吸引、循環のため
のガス圧送手段を設けた ことを特徴とする精密洗浄槽における溶剤回収
装置。
