- クライオスタツトの真空断熱層内に設置する熱
シールド板であつて、少なくともその周壁の一部
が密着状態に巻回された方形のパイプによつて形
成され、そのパイプの内部空洞に、冷媒容器内で
蒸発した冷媒ガスを流すように構成されたクライ
オスタツト用熱シールド板。
