Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 極低温液体を収納する内部容器及び内部容器を包囲する
    様に設けられた真空槽外筒と、内部容器及び真空槽外筒
    間に配置された輻射シールド板と、輻射シールド板を冷
    却する従たる冷媒を入れる為の容器とを備え、内部容器
    及び真空槽外筒の間に真空客間を形成したものにおいて
    、パイプの組合せ構造により形成された従たる冷媒を入
    れる容器を設けたことを特徴とする極低温断熱容器。
