    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 極低温状態に維持される超電導コイルを収納し、外部容
    器の内壁と、超電導コイル間に設置される輻射熱シール
    ド板と、該輻射熱シールド板の外周に巻かれる多層断熱
    体とを具備した装置に於いて、その輻射熱シールド板を
    、冷却管本体部と、冷却放熱板とに分解できる様に構成
    してなることを特徴とする超電導装置。
