ダチユーブの貫通した第２ロツドカバーを形成し
他端に第１ロツドの貫通した第３ロツドカバーを
形成し、第１シリンダチユーブの第１ロツドカバ
ー側に内外を連通する流体通路を設け、第１シリ
ンダチユーブのヘツドカバー側に流体給排用の第
１ポートを設け、第２シリンダチユーブの第２ロ
ツドカバー側に流体給排用の第２ポートを設け、
第２シリンダチユーブの第３ロツドカバー側に流
体給排用の第３ポートを設けてなる複動型複シリ
