的な開口面積を可変にした絞りを形成してなり、
当該ピストンのボトム側室におけるストロークエ
ンド部分で、上記クツシヨンパイプがボトムに接
触し、このクツシヨンパイプの外側にクツシヨン
室を形成するとともに、このクツシヨン室を形成
した状態で、給排ポートがクツシヨンパイプを介
してロツドの中空部に連通する構成にした油圧シ
