リンダチユーブ内のシリンダ室と通じる給排ポー
トが形成された小径シリンダのクツシヨン機構に
おいて、該給排ポートと該シリンダ室とを連通す
る通路内に該給排ポートからシリンダ室側に流体
を流す逆止弁を設け、該シリンダチユーブには内
外に貫通するバイパスポートを端部から所定の位
置に形成して該バイパスポートと該給排ポートと
をシリンダチユーブ外に形成したバイパス通路で
連通したことを特徴とする小径シリンダのクツシ
