ルの各側端の上記軸部を夫々回動自在に納めて上
記両ドアパネル同士を折畳み自在に連結し、蝶番
部材の外面と各ドアパネルに夫々一体に形成され
ている摺接片との間に配設されてこの両者の間で
挟持された上記ばね板を、上記両ドアパネルの回
動に伴なう上記各摺接片の摺接で蝶番部材の外面
に添つて弾性的に屈曲するものとしていることに
特徴を有するものであつて、共にドアパネルと一
体に形成されている軸部と摺接片との間に、蝶番
部材とばね板とが挟持される形態となるようにし
たものである。 以下本考案を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述する
と、折畳みドアAを構成する合成樹脂製のドアパ
ネル1の側部に、上上下方向の円筒状の軸部2を
外側方に向けて一体に突設するとともに、先端が
軸部2を向く摺接片6を一体に突設してある。 蝶番部材3はアルミ押出成形品として形成され
たもので、一対の断面C字状の軸受け溝4,4を
平行に並べた断面略3の字状となつている。 そして、蝶番部材3における上記両軸受け溝
4,4に、隣合うドアパネル1の各側端に位置す
る軸部2,2が夫々回動自在に納められること
で、両ドアパネル1,1が折畳み自在に連結され
ている。 ばね板5はばね鋼もしくは合成樹脂で形成され
た平板状のもので、その両側縁にはストツパ7,
7を備えており、上記蝶番部材3の外面と、両ド
アパネル1,1における摺接片6,6との間に上
下方向の全長にわたり配設されて、摺接片6が外
面に、蝶番部材3が内面に接している。ドアパネ

け溝に納められる蝶番部材と共にばね板が挟持さ
れた形態となつているのであり、このためにばね
板は蝶番部におけるがたつきを確実に防止する。

力を均等に作用させるために、ドアパネルの開閉
がスムーズになされるものである。
