Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は引き違い戸におけるストツパー機構の
考案に係り、引き違い式に設けられた引戸におい
て開放時における衝撃を緩和すると共に操作者の
指先などを挾むことを防止し、しかも耐用性の高
いストツパー機構を提供しようとするものであ
る。

引き違い戸は何れの部分をも自在に開被して通
行ないし換気目的を達することができる形式であ
つて従来から広く採用されているものであるが、
この引戸の開放時においては注材などの戸当り面
に対し衝撃し、従つて開被操作に当つては強い衝
撃音を発する。特に近時においては戸車や戸辷り
材などが広く採用され軽決な開閉の行われること
が尊ばれるように成つていて前記開放時における
衝撃音も大となる。又この引き戸開放に当つては
操作者が開放すべき引戸の縦框を把持して操作す
るようなことが多いから前記開放時においてこの
操作者の指先などを引戸と戸当り面との間に挾み
込む危険性が高い。本考案は上記したような実情
に鑑み検討を重ねて考案されたものであつて、そ
の実施態様を添附図面に示すものについて具体的
に説明すると第1図に示すような仕切壁Aの一部
に引き違い式に引き戸10,10が設けられたも
のにおいて、それら引き戸10,10の戸当り側
縦框1に第2,3図に示すような溝状の凹部2を
対向引き戸側における側面に形成し、該凹部2に
上記のような対向引き戸側に少くとも全高さの半
分以上突出したストツパー3の基部を嵌合せし
め、該ストツパー3の中央部には凹入した締付座
3aを形成し、該締付座3aにおいて固定子4に
より上記した凹部2の底部に定着させたものであ
る。

を適切に防止でき、即ち該衝撃による騒音発生を
なからしめると共に操作者等が縦枠材7との間に
指先などの挾み込む危検を有効に防止でき、しか
も前記ストツパー3はその基部が縦框1の凹部2
中に嵌合され且つ固定子4で定着されたものであ
るからその取付状態が著しく安定且つ強固であつ
て相当の衝撃を受けても凹部2から抜け出すよう
なことがなく、即ち好ましいストツパー作用を長
期に亘つて確保することができ、引き戸操作に殊
更に注意することなく自在な開披を行わ得るもの
であるから実用上その効果の大きい考案である。
