However, with such conventional sliding door devices, multiple door wheels of the sliding door are guided by engaging one rail, so the sliding door is moved in a straight line to open the building opening. Although it was possible to open and close the sliding door, it was not possible to open and close the building opening by moving the sliding door in a direction parallel to the building.

As a result, sliding doors cannot be closed tightly against the building's perspective like hinged doors, and are weaker in terms of watertightness and soundproofing than hinged doors, and moreover, they collide with the opening frame when closed. However, there was a problem that the impact was large and that fingers, etc., were easily caught and injured when the device was closed.

[Means for solving problems] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and as a means for solving the problems, the sliding door device of the present invention is a sliding door device that runs on a curved track, The upper and lower track sections are provided in succession, and each of the upper and lower track sections includes a linear track section that extends to the side storage section and a bent track section that is bent in the direction of view and guided obliquely into the opening frame. Each rail has two parallel rails, and the rail width of the straight track section is narrower than the estimated width of the sliding door.
The rail width of the curved track section is a wide track that is slightly smaller than the front and back width of the sliding door, and a pair of sliding members is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the sliding door at diagonal positions in the front and back diagonal directions, respectively, so that these sliding members can rotate horizontally. The expected width of the member is approximately adapted to the rail width of the straight track section, and the facing width thereof is approximately adapted to the rail width of the curved track section, and the width of the member is approximately equal to the rail width of the straight track section, and the width of the member is approximately equal to the rail width of the curved track section. The surfaces facing the longitudinal stile are formed into sloped portions adapted to the oblique guiding direction of the bent track portion.

The two rails 9a and 9b are formed linearly along the track section 8 on the straight track section, and bent in the forward direction on the curved track section 7. The bent portions of the rails 9a, 9b are bent at an interval corresponding to the interval between the door rollers 10a, 10b so that the sliding door 5 can be guided in a parallel state.

That is, the rail width of the linear track section 6 is as follows:
The rail width of the bent track portion 7 is a narrow gauge that is slightly smaller than the expected width of the sliding door 5, and the rail width is a wide gauge that is slightly smaller than the front and rear width of the sliding door 5. The expected width of the pair of sliding members is adapted approximately to the rail width of the linear track section 6, and the facing width thereof is approximately adapted to the rail width of the bent track section 7.

The door wheels 10a, 10b are rails 9a, 9b.
It is horizontally rotatable so as to follow the bending state of the sliding door 5, and includes a mounting board 11 for mounting on the sliding door 5, a movable member 12 provided so as to be movable in the front and rear directions relative to the mounting board 11, and a The door roller body 13 is attached to the member 12 so as to be horizontally rotatable. Specifically, an opposing L-shaped slide guide portion 14 is formed on both sides of the lower surface of the mounting board 11 formed in a flat plate shape in the front-rear direction, and the flat plate-shaped movable member 12 is engaged with this slide guide portion 14. It is designed so that it can be guided in the front and rear directions. In addition, 16 is the mounting board 1
This is a stopper for the movable member 12 formed on the lower surface of the movable member 1. A door roller main body 13 is rotatably attached to the lower surface of the movable member 12 via a rotating shaft 15. The door roller main body 13 allows the wheels 18 to be adjusted up and down by a height adjustment mechanism 17. The height adjustment mechanism 17 includes an inner case 19 that pivotally supports a wheel 18, an outer case 20 that accommodates the inner case 19, and an adjustment screw 21 that can be brought into contact with the inner case 19 from the outer case 20. Further, the outer case 20 is provided with adjustment holes 23a, 23b that engage with the pins 22a, 22b protruding from the inner case 19, and when the adjustment screw 21 is adjusted, the pins 22a, 22b are inserted into the adjustment holes 23a, 23b.
The height is adjusted by moving b.

Furthermore, the movable member 12 is attached to the mounting board 1.
1 is biased so that it can be positioned at the center of the mounting board 11 in the front-rear direction, and is movable in the front-rear direction against the spring 24. Therefore, when the door roller main body 13 approaches the bent portion of the rails 9a, 9b, the movable member 12 is slightly moved by the spring 24 to facilitate the horizontal rotation of the door roller main body 13 in response to the bent state, and to ensure that the door roller main body 13 follows the bent state. I'm trying to make it possible. Moreover, the door wheels 10a and 10b are housed within the expected width of the sliding door 5, so that the appearance can be improved and interference can be prevented.

The sliding door 5 has a double glass structure inside and outside, and a blind 26 is placed between the two glasses 25a and 25b to provide a blinding function to the outdoors.
This makes shutters, etc. unnecessary. Further, the opening frame 2 contact portions of the left and right vertical frames 27a, 27b of the sliding door 5 and the corresponding opening frame 2 facing surfaces are inclined along the track direction of the rails 9a, 9b of the bent track portion 7, so that they are mutually inclined. The opening frame 2 is formed with a portion to increase the degree of close contact of the sliding door 5 with the opening frame 2 in the direction of the building.

次に引戸5の開閉動作について説明する。 Next, the opening/closing operation of the sliding door 5 will be explained.

When the sliding door 5 reaches the bent part of the rails 9a, 9b, the door wheels 10a, 1, which can be rotated horizontally,
0b follows the rails 9a and 9b and rotates horizontally,
The sliding door 5 is moved in the forward direction along each of the rails 9a and 9b in a parallel state, and is brought into contact with the opening frame 2 and closed. In this case, the sliding door 5 is in close contact with the opening frame 2 due to the inclination of the vertical frames 27a, 27b and the opening frame 2.

Further, when opening the opening frame 2, the opening frame 2 can be opened easily and reliably by performing the operation opposite to that described above.

In the above embodiment, only the door roller is shown as the sliding member, but the sliding member is not limited to this, and sliding blocks, rollers, etc. may also be used, and it is also possible to appropriately combine upper and lower sliding members. Moreover, the rail is not limited to a protrusion, but can also be formed into a groove.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, the sliding door device of the invention has two parallel tracks in each of the linear track part and the bent track part extending from the storage section on the side of the opening to the opening. A rail is provided, and a pair of sliding members installed diagonally in the front and rear directions of the sliding door are separately engaged and guided by the rail. It can be housed in an opening frame, and like a swinging door, the sliding door can be closed in close contact with the view toward the building, which has the effect of improving watertightness and soundproofing.

Moreover, since the facing surfaces of the left and right vertical stile of the sliding door and the vertical stile of the opening frame are mutually formed into sloped parts adapted to the diagonal guiding direction of the bent track part, the building relative to the opening of the sliding door is formed. This has the effect of greatly improving the degree of adhesion in the direction.

Furthermore, since it can be closed while being moved in parallel, there is no need for a pivoting space like a hinged door, and it also has the effect of preventing the situation of being blown away by the wind.

Furthermore, since the sliding door moves in the forward direction when closing, the impact on the opening frame is small, and there is an effect that it is possible to eliminate external injuries when the door is closed.
