Claims (1)
- 垂直に立設固定された支点部材を基準として、
該部材に平行に配設した可動部材と該両部材を連
結する２本の平行連結ロツドとで回動自在に構成
した平行リンク機構と、該可動部材の軸線方向一
端に取り付けられたリニアスケールと該スケール
の移動量を検出する読み取りヘツドで構成される
スケール機構と、前記平行連結ロツドの軸線上に
設けた触針の測定力を調整するバランスウエイト
機構とからなる表面形状測定機構。
