Claims (1)
- 複数のアームを回転自在に連結してなる多関節
作動装置におけるアームの先端部を回転自在に支
持するスライドを、直線状のガイド部材に長手方
向へ移動自在に設け、上記スライドの実際の移動
量を多関節作動装置の位置決め精度よりも高精度
に測定することのできる移動量測定装置を設けて
なることを特徴とする位置決め精度測定装置。
