Claims (1)
- 等間隔をあけて順にかつ直列に配置された第１
、第２、第３および第４気筒の各吸気ポートに接
続される吸気マニホールドが、第１および第２気
筒の吸気ポートに連なる略Ｙ字状の第１吸気部と
第３および第４気筒の各吸気ポートに連なる略Ｙ
字状の第２吸気部とを有して構成され、第１およ
び第２吸気部には、二連式気化器を構成する一対
の気化器が接続される直列４気筒内燃機関の吸気
装置において、一対の気化器は、それらの吸気道
軸線が第１および第２気筒間の中点ならびに第３
および第４気筒間の中点よりも相互に近接する側
に来るように配置され、第１吸気部の第２気筒に
対応する部分ならびに第２吸気部の第３気筒に対
応する部分は、バランスチユーブで接続され、該
バランスチユーブには、機関の低回転時には半開
状態となるとともに機関の高回転時には全開状態
となる制御弁が設けられることを特徴とする直列
４気筒内燃機関の吸気装置。
