Concrete structures are treated with waterproofing, painting, etc. to protect their external surfaces and to protect their aesthetic appearance. However, from the perspective of energy saving, etc., an air layer between the building frame and the building block that has a heat insulating effect is applied. That is, it is preferable to construct the exterior by arranging a large number of separate exterior plates in parallel, with gaps formed between them. However, when attaching the exterior plates that make up such an exterior to the building structure, the surface of the body generally does not have a uniform flat surface, but has uneven surfaces in some parts, so the exterior plates must be individually attached to the mounting member. If it is attached directly to the surface of the building structure, the exterior plate does not form a flat surface as a whole, but forms a distorted surface, which is extremely undesirable as an exterior.

Therefore, in order to eliminate such a distorted state, the installation work must be done while adjusting the protruding height position of each mounting member of the exterior plate, which makes the installation work extremely complicated. The drawback was that it did not provide any benefits.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention is extremely easy to construct by simply adjusting the position of an elongated attachment member to a predetermined position and attaching it to the building frame, and then simply attaching the exterior plates to the attachment member one after another. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mounting device for an exterior plate that allows the exterior to be constructed with good flatness. An adjusting member having a right-angled rising part, an appropriately wide and long mounting part that is adjusted in position and attached to the rising part of the adjusting member so as to be in contact with it, and a suitably wide and long mounting part that is perpendicular to the mounting part. a mounting member consisting of an elongated body having a mounting portion, and an engagement portion that rises from a fixed portion attached to the mounting portion and engages horizontally with the inside of the lower end edge of the exterior plate; The holder has a latching part formed above the part to horizontally engage the outside of the upper edge of the exterior plate, and both the rising part of the adjusting member and the mounting part of the mounting member are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the rising direction. The mounting member is formed as a surface having a multi-striped parallel uneven shape, and after the mounting member is mounted by adjusting its position with respect to the building frame surface using an adjustment member, an appropriate member such as an exterior plate can be mounted to the mounting portion of the mounting member. There is an exterior plate mounting device configured as follows.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a frame, and 2 an adjustment member. As shown in detail in FIG. 3, they are T-shaped with an appropriate width, and rise perpendicularly from the center of the fixing part 2a to the frame 1. The portion 2b is integrally formed upright. On one surface of the rising portion 2b, protrusions 2c having a triangular cross section are uniformly formed at every other predetermined pitch in parallel to the fixed portion 2a. Reference numerals 2d and 2e designate elongated mounting holes formed through each side of the fixing portion 2a and the center of the rising portion 2b. Reference numeral 3 denotes a mounting member, which is a long body with a T-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Mounting bolt 3b
are arranged and fixed in advance by welding. Further, a vertically rising mounting part 3c is integrally formed on the back side of the mounting part 3a from which the bolt 3b protrudes, and a through hole for mounting the bolt 4 is bored at an appropriate position, and a through hole for mounting the bolt 4 is formed on one side of the mounting part 3c. Convex lines 3d similar to the convex lines 2c of the adjustment member 2 are uniformly formed at the same pitches as above. 5 is a fishing plug embedded in the frame, 6 is a screw screwed into the plug 5,
The adjustment member 2 is fixedly attached to the side wall of the frame 1 through its elongated hole 2d. 7 is a holder, as shown in detail in FIG. 4, a fixing part 7b having a long hole 7a;
A vertical rising portion 7c is formed at a predetermined height, and a regulating surface 7d parallel to the fixing portion 7b is formed from the end thereof, and further has a surface inclined diagonally downward from the lower end thereof. A folded portion 7e of a certain length is formed as an extension, and the end surface thereof is an engaging portion 7f.
It consists of Further, on the back surface of the portion where the regulating surface 7d is formed, a hooking portion 7g having an upward hook-shaped cross section is formed parallel to the engaging portion 7f, and the holder 7 has a constant width as a whole. It is integrally formed. The folded portion 8a is formed, and the holder 7 is folded back again to a short length with the same width as the folded portion 7e of the holder 7, and the engaged portion 8b that engages with the engaging portion 7f is integrally formed. Furthermore, a hanging wall 8c with a short hanging width is formed in the middle part of the lower surface of the folded part 8a, and the thickness of a joint plate (not shown), which will be described later, is formed on the upper surface of the same part from the back side of the main body part 8g. A fitting protrusion 8d is formed at approximately the same position as . The upper end is tilted upward toward the rear surface to form a bent portion 8e, and then bent upward parallel to the main body portion of the exterior plate 8, and then folded back perpendicularly toward the front surface. The hooking portion 7 of the holder 7 is bent vertically downward and into a short length.
A hooked portion 8f is formed to be hooked to g.
Together with the main body portion 8g, they are integrally formed along the longitudinal direction. Although the hooked portions 8f may be formed intermittently along the longitudinal direction, it is more preferable to form them continuously from the viewpoint of strength.

In order to form the exterior wall with the above-mentioned structure, the frame 1 is prepared in advance.
A fixer bolt 5 is embedded and set in a predetermined position on the wall surface, the adjustment member 2 is fixed with a screw 6, and the mounting member 3 is attached to the adjustment member 2 with the protrusions 2c and 3d formed thereon. They are fixed with bolts 4 so that they are in contact with each other with their faces.
In this case, the wall surface of the frame 1 has unevenness as shown in FIG. 1, and the adjustment member 2 is also attached in an uneven state. The separation position with respect to the wall surface is adjusted, and the attachment part 3a is fixed so that it forms a properly vertical surface, and the mutual relationship with other attachment members 3 is also correctly matched. For this position adjustment, since protrusions 2c and 3d are formed on both the joint surfaces, if the pitch of these protrusions 2c and 3d is appropriately formed in advance, the position can be adjusted in a finely adjusted state. , can be reliably fixed to each other by the engagement of the protrusions 2c and 3d. still,
This joint surface may be a friction surface such as a thin mesh or a rubber plate attached instead of a convex strip, and the length of the mounting member 3 should be one continuous length that extends over the entire top and bottom of the wall surface. Alternatively, a plurality of pieces may be joined together with a seam in the middle. Further, the adjusting members 2 that support the mounting members 3 may be arranged at appropriate intervals, for example, at intervals of about five exterior plates 8; It is also possible to support and fix it at only two places, the upper and lower parts of 3. Furthermore, an appropriate number of mounting members 3 are arranged in parallel according to the length of the exterior plate 8.

Next, to attach the exterior plate 8, the upper part of the exterior plate 8 is inserted into the back side of the upper holder 7, and the hooked part 8f is hooked on the hook part 7g. Thereafter, the lower part of the exterior plate 8 is pressed against the body 1 side, and the engaged part 8b is slid onto the slope of the folded part 7e of the holder and engaged with the engaging part 7f at the tip. As a result, the exterior plate 8 is elastically fixed to a predetermined portion of the holder 7. At this time, the heat insulating plate 9 of the exterior plate 8 is not present in the holder 7, so
Installation can be carried out without any problems. Thereafter, in the same manner, the exterior plates 8 are sequentially latched and engaged with the holder 7 fixed in advance from above to below, and the exterior plates 8 are attached to the outer surface of the frame 1 via the attachment members 3.
By fixing it, an exterior wall with a uniform plane is constructed. Although not shown, at the top of the exterior wall, an upper exterior plate is previously installed by fitting into an upper holder attached to the parapet part. Further, the exterior plate 8 can also be fitted and fixed by sliding in the longitudinal direction with respect to the holder 7 which has been arranged and fixed in advance. Further, at each joint in the longitudinal direction of the elongated body of the exterior plate 8, a joint plate of an appropriate width and shaped along the exterior plate 8 is attached to the back side, and the lower end thereof is attached to the folded part 8 of the exterior plate 8.
By fitting into the fitting protrusion 8d formed on the back side of a and by engaging the upper part with the protrusion 8h of the exterior plate 8 and fixing it, rainwater etc. can be prevented from entering from the joint part. I can do it. This is particularly effective when the exterior plate 8 expands and contracts in the longitudinal direction due to temperature changes, etc., and a gap is generated at the butt joint between the exterior plates 8. In addition, the expansion and contraction of the exterior plate 8 due to temperature changes at this time can be absorbed without causing any strain between the exterior plates 8 and holder 7, since the exterior plate 8 is fitted and attached to the holder 7 so as to be movable laterally. .

According to the exterior wall configured in this way, even if the finish of the outer wall surface of the frame 1 is not finished with sufficient flatness, it is possible to easily and accurately achieve flatness with the mounting member 3. The exterior plate 8 attached thereto can be configured to have sufficient flatness as a whole. In addition, the exterior plate 8 is relative to the frame 1,
It is attached indirectly via the holder 7, and the two are semi-fixedly connected in an engaged and hooked state, so it is not directly affected by the expansion and contraction behavior of the frame 1, and there is no problem. There's nothing like it coming.

Furthermore, according to the structure of the embodiment, a gap is created between the engaged part 8b and the engaged part 8f at the upper and lower abutting parts of the exterior plate 8, so that air can escape as shown by arrows A and A in FIG. This allows air to circulate in the gap 10 formed between the frame 1 and the exterior wall formed by the exterior plate 8 and through the ventilation hole 9a of the heat insulating plate 9. There is no airtightness between the body and the main body 1, so there is no problem such as condensation, and the air pressure on both the inside and outside of the exterior plate is the same, so there is no possibility that the exterior plate will bend.
On the other hand, not only is there a heat insulating board 9 between the exterior board 8 and the frame 1, but also an air layer exists on both sides of the heat insulating board, and since the air can move, it is possible to greatly improve the heat insulating effect. can. In addition, since there is a hanging wall 8c in the upper and lower butt gaps, the inner chamber forms a depressurized space to prevent rainwater from entering the interior when rainwater is blown in from the outside. It can act to prevent

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and the cross-sectional shape of both the adjusting member and the mounting member is L.
It goes without saying that other shapes such as grooves and grooves may be used, and the condition of the contact surface may also take other uneven shapes and friction modes. Of course, other components such as the configuration may also have a different form from that described above.
Further, the mounting portion of the mounting member may have a surface configuration that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion and has the same width as the short width of the mounting portion.

As described above, according to the exterior plate mounting device of the present invention, by attaching a mounting member with an extremely simple configuration with a small number of adjustment members, it is possible to easily achieve flatness even on a roughly finished wall surface of a building frame. Since it is made to be able to produce a large amount of surface area, the entire mounting surface of the exterior plate can be constructed with good flatness and good workability.

Since the attachment part of the attachment member is long, the joining position with the rising part of the adjustment member can be arbitrarily set without being limited at all, and the degree of freedom in construction when attaching the adjustment member to the frame is increased. In addition, since both the mounting part and the rising part, which are attached in contact with each other, are formed as surfaces with multi-striped parallel unevenness in the direction perpendicular to the rising direction, the degree of freedom in position adjustment is ensured. At the same time, the reliability of fixing is ensured, and construction efficiency and safety are ensured at the same time. The exterior plate can be attached by engaging the holder at any position on its upper and lower edges, so there is no need to take into account errors in fitting with the exterior plate when attaching the mounting member to the frame, making installation easier. becomes easier and more efficient.
