Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 作動流体の一方の流路と他方の流路とを連通す
る弁穴を開閉する弁体を有し、前記流路の一方側
に前記弁体に連動されるダイアフラムによつて画
成されたダイアフラム室を設け、前記流路の他方
側の圧力をこのダイアフラム室に導いて圧力キヤ
ンセルを行う流体制御弁において、 ダイアフラムの外周縁部には外方に向けて外方
把持溝を形成し、また内周縁部には内方に向けて
内方把持溝を形成し、外周保持体の内周に形成し
た係止突条に前記外方把持溝を嵌合し、内周保持
体の外周に形成した係止突条に前記内方把持溝を
嵌合し、前記把持溝と係止突条との嵌合部を一体
的に固着してなることを特徴とする流体制御弁。
