Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂製のコツク本体に円筒形内周壁を有す
る弁室を設け、コツク本体外周壁に弁孔を介して
弁室と通じた接続口を設け、上記の弁室に水密を
保持しながら回転するスリーブ形の合成樹脂製弁
体を挿入し、この弁体の周壁に上記の接続口と一
致する液体の通過孔を形成し、上記の弁体の一端
に連結した弁軸をコツク本体の一端から外部に突
出せしめ、その弁軸にハンドルを取り付け、その
コツク本体の他端に弁体の他端に形成された開放
部と連通する液体導入口を設けてなるコツクにお
いて、上記の弁体をナイロン等の硬質合成樹脂に
より成形し、弁体の前記液体導入口側の端部から
通過孔近くにわたる範囲の内径を他の部分より大
きく形成することによりその部分の肉厚を弁体の
他の部分の肉厚よりも薄く形成し、その部分を液
体の圧力により弁室内周壁に密着するシール部と
したことを特徴とするコツク。
