ンサ本体内に配設された絶縁筒体と、一端側が前
記センサ本体の先端部内周側に該絶縁筒体と当接
するように取付けられ、他端側が該センサ本体外
に突出して閉塞端となつたジルコニアチユーブと
、該ジルコニアチユーブの外面、内面にそれぞれ
設けられた外側電極、内側電極と、前記絶縁筒体
内に配設され、一端側が前記センサ本体外に伸長
するリード線と接続され、他端側が前記ジルコニ
アチユーブの一端と絶縁筒体の他端との間で挟持
され、該内側電極と接続されたコンタクトプレー
トと、前記リード線の周囲をシールすべく、前記
センサ本体と絶縁筒体の一端側に設けられたラバ
チユーブとからなる酸素センサにおいて、前記ラ
バチユーブからの燃焼ガスがジルコニアチユーブ
内に侵入するのを防止すべく、該ジルコニアチユ
ーブの一端側には耐熱性を有する多孔質のフイル
