コニアチユーブの開口端に導電体を介して接合さ
れるアイソレーシヨンブツシユと、前記ジルコニ
アチユーブとアイソレーシヨンブツシユとの接合
部を覆つて該アイソレーシヨンブツシユに嵌合さ
れジルコニアチユーブ外周壁に固定されるホルダ
と、を含んで構成される酸素センサにおいて、前
記アイソレーシヨンブツシユと前記ホルダとの嵌
合面に所定の間隙を設け、該間隙に周方向に波形
に連続するリング状の板バネ部材を介在させたこ
