Claims (1)
外周側が車両への取付部となつたセンサ本体と、
該センサ本体内に配設された絶縁筒体と、一端側
が前記センサ本体の先端部内周側に該絶縁筒体と
当接するように取付けられ、他端側が該センサ本
体外に突出して閉塞端となつたジルコニアチユー
ブと、該ジルコニアチユーブの外面、内面にそれ
ぞれ設けられた外側電極、内側電極と、前記絶縁
筒体内に配設され、一端側が前記センサ本体外に
突出し、他端側が前記ジルコニアチユーブと絶縁
筒体との間で挟持され、該内側電極と接続された
コンタクトプレートとからなる酸素センサにおい
て、前記センサ本体とジルコニアチユーブの一端
側、絶縁筒体の他端側との間には耐熱性のシール
剤を充填したことを特徴とする酸素センサ。 (2) 前記シール剤はガラスとタルクとによつて
構成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)項記載
