す図でサイクロンを用いた時の試料採取経路部材
を示す図である。
図において、1は煙道、3はプローブ、4は加
熱装置つき採取導管、5はダストフイルタ、6は
ガス検出部、7は吸収ポンプ、8,9,31,3
5,38は加熱装置、20は分析装置、14,1
4′,30,34,37,39はバルブ、29は
加熱された校正用ガス導入経路部材、32,32
′,32″は開口部、33は加熱された逆洗浄用
ガス導入経路部材、36は加熱された空気導入経
