- 非晶質シリコンを主体とする第1単位発電素子
と、多結晶シリコンを主体とする第2単位発電素
子を積層した光起電力装置であつて、相隣り合う
上記第1単位発電素子と第2単位発電素子との逆
接合界面に、第2単位発電素子の界面側不純物層
と同導電型で且つ高不純物濃度の非晶質シリコン
を主体とする界面層を介在せしめたことを特徴と
する光起電力装置。
