(Prior Art) A tile firing fixture in which two side plates each having a plurality of upward notches into which the tile base is fitted are connected together by a connecting member has been known for some time.
(For example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-83692) In the conventional type, the bottom of the notch was usually a horizontal plane or a slope inclined to one side.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, when tiles are fired using such a conventional tile firing fixture, if the bottom of the notch is a horizontal surface, the tile base tends to become unstable, and the tile base There is a risk that the glaze applied to one side and the end of the tile will weld to the bottom of the notch and damage the tile base.
Since it is necessary to narrow the width of the notch in order to increase the stability of the tile base, there is a problem in that it is difficult to efficiently arrange the tile base. On the other hand, if the bottom of the notch is sloped to one side, glaze welding can be prevented, but the tile base will be supported only by two points: the bottom corner on one side and the upper side. Again, there was a problem of lack of stability, which could result in product defects due to the tile base falling over. Therefore, there has been a need for a fixture for firing tiles that does not cause glaze welding, facilitates the work of erecting tile bases, and can support the tile bases with good stability.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was completed in order to solve the problems of the conventional technology. In the fixture for tile firing, in which the two formed side plates are integrally connected at their lower ends by a connecting member, a valley-shaped inclined surface is formed at the bottom of each notch to support the bottom corner portions on both sides of the tile base. , the angle α that the inclined surface that supports the bottom corner on the glazed surface side makes with the horizontal surface
is larger than the inclination angle β of the other inclined surface.

(Embodiment) Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. In FIG. These are two side plates made of a heat-resistant material such as, and 3 is a plate-shaped or rod-shaped connecting member that connects these side plates 1, 1 together at their lower ends, that is, at the bottom. Although the connecting member is plate-shaped in this embodiment, the connecting member is not limited to this and may be rod-shaped. At the bottom of each notch 2, valley-shaped inclined surfaces 4, 4 are formed which are low in the center and high on both sides, and which support the bottom corner parts 11, 11 on both sides of the tile base 10. The angles α and β that each of the inclined surfaces 4, 4 make with respect to the horizontal plane are 20 to 80 degrees, preferably 30 to 60 degrees, and the bottom corners of the tile base 10 on the glazed surface 12 side are The inclination angle α of the inclined surface 4 on the side supporting the portion 11 is made larger than the inclination angle β of the other side. This is because the tile base 10 has a protrusion called a sword point on the unglazed surface 13 side, so it tends to fall toward the glazed surface 12 side, and giving a larger angle of inclination α to the inclined surface 4 that supports this side that tends to fall improves stability. This is because it is beneficial. Both side surfaces 5, 5 of each notch 2 may be vertical surfaces, but by providing them with a gentle upward slope, the work of erecting the tile base 10 can be facilitated. This is because the tile base 10 is stably supported by three points: the valley-shaped sloped surfaces 4, 4 at the bottom of the notch 2, and the side surface 5 on one side. This is because there is no need to increase the stability of the tile base. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end of each notch 2 may be chamfered to further facilitate fitting of the tile base 10. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, two sets of valley-shaped slopes 4, 4 are formed at the bottom of the single notch 2, and two tile bases 10, 10 are propped up against each other in opposite directions. You may arrange them side by side. In this case, each tile base 10,
Bottom corner portions 11, 11 on both sides of 10 are supported by valley-shaped inclined surfaces 4, 4. When leaning the tile base 10 in the opposite direction in this way, the load of the tile base 10 acts on the protrusion 6 of each side plate 1 from both sides and the loads are canceled out, so that the stability of the tile base 10 is improved and The wall thickness of the side plate 1 can also be made thinner, and it is possible to reduce material costs and save energy by reducing the amount of heat taken out from the kiln. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, if the shape of each notch 2 is devised so that the shape of the notch 2 is equal to the shape of the remaining part, when punching the side plate 1 with a press, the two The side plates 1 can be obtained at the same time, and cutting loss can be avoided.

(Function) The device configured in this way has two side plates 1,
A connecting member 3 that connects 1 together at its lower end.
A large number of tile bases 1 are placed in contact with the top surface of the firing trolley, and the tile bases 10 are fitted into the upward notches 2 formed in a plurality of side plates 1, 1.
0 is fixed in an orderly manner for firing, which is the same as in conventional tiles firing fixtures of this type, but since valley-shaped sloped surfaces 4, 4 are formed at the bottom of each notch 2, The tile base 10 has bottom corner parts 11 on both sides,
11 is supported by these inclined surfaces 4, 4, and since the tile base 10 and the tile firing fixture are only in line contact, the glaze on the tile base will not be welded during firing. In addition, in the present invention, since the angle α formed by the inclined surface 4 supporting the bottom corner portion on the glazed surface 12 side with respect to the horizontal plane is larger than the inclination angle β of the other inclined surface 4, the unglazed surface 13 Since there is a protrusion called a tip on the side, the tile base 10, which tends to fall toward the glazed surface side, can be stably supported so as not to fall toward the glazed surface 12 side. Furthermore, if the tile firing fixing device of the present invention is used, the tile base 10 can be used on the valley-shaped inclined surfaces 4, 4 of the notch 2 regardless of its thickness.
Since it is stably supported by the three points on the side surface 5, there is no risk of product defects due to falling, and the width of the notch 2 can be widened to facilitate the work of erecting the tile bases 10. It is.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention prevents welding of the tile base during firing and stably supports the tile base at three points to prevent it from falling toward the glazed surface. This type of fixation for tile firing is conventional because it does not cause product defects due to falling over, and it also allows for easy fitting of tile bases and allows firing of tile bases of various thicknesses. It has great practical value as it solves the problems of ingredients.
