二回目の上塗りEにて残りの車体部分を上記第一回目と
異なる色彩にて塗装しこれを焼付処理dする方法を採っ
ているのが一般的である(たとえば、特公昭57−48

上記したような従来方法では、上塗り塗装および焼付処
理をする塗装ブースおよび焼付炉がひとつであるため、
二回目の上塗り塗装および焼付をする場合、再度、同じ
塗装ブースおよび焼付炉を通さなければならず、生産能

方法における問題点を解消することを目的とするもので

にて中塗り(C)をするなくツートン用の上塗り(II
)を行い、これを焼付処理(q)した後、上塗りブース
にて上役り(■)、焼付処理くr)してツートン塗装を
行うことにより、従来の上塗り塗装ブースおよび焼付炉
への2回通しによる全5工程を、中塗り塗料の機能をも
たせた上塗り塗料を中塗り工程で塗装することにより中
塗り塗装を削減し、上塗り塗装ブースおよび焼付炉を1
回通してツートン仕様車を作成することができるように

(発明の効果)

程で塗装する方法を採ることにより、従来の上塗りブー
ス焼付2回通しに対し、本発明は上塗りブース焼付1回
通しで済み、塗装工程の著[7い合理化をはかることが
でき、従来方法に比し生産性が2倍近く大幅に向上する
と共に、焼付工程が従来より1回減ることにより熱エネ
ルギーが節約され、かつ塗料の節約ともなり、それに伴
うコスト低減をはかることができるもので、塗膜性能は
従来の方法のものと全く遜色ないことと相まって工業的
