Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数のヒータを用いて加熱する加熱炉の温度制
御装置であつて、 前記加熱炉内の実際の温度を検出する温度検出
装置と、 予め定められた目標温度と前記加熱炉内の実際
の温度とが一致するように、制御信号を出力する
共通の温度調節装置と、 前記複数のヒータの個々に対応してそれぞれ設
けられる手動設定手段を有し、前記制御信号に対
応した大きさの電力を該ヒータへ供給するととも
に、前記手動設定手段の設定値に応じて該制御信
号に対する該電力の供給割合を変更するヒータ駆
動回路と を含むことを特徴とする温度制御装置。
