み込んだテーピング梱包装置の概略構成図、第２
図はチツプ温度変化を示す線図、第３図は加熱ヘ
ツドの拡大斜視図、第４図は従来の加熱ヘツドを
示す側面図、第５図はテーピング部品の斜視図で
ある。 図中、符号８は熱融着用チツプ、１６は主ヒー
タ、１７は補助ヒータ、１８，１９はパワーコン
トローラ。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定の大出力で常時通電される主ヒータ１
６によつて加熱される熱融着用チツプ８に小出力
の補助ヒータ１７を埋設し、この補助ヒータ１７
のみをチツプ温度センサ１０の検出結果に基づい
てオンオフ制御する構成を有する加熱ヘツド。 (2) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
の加熱ヘツドにおいて、 前記主ヒータ１６および補助ヒータ１７はそれ
ぞれパワーコントローラ１８，１９で出力設定さ
れている加熱ヘツド。
