湿シートとを積層してなる自動車ルーフ用太陽電
池モジユールにおいて、前記太陽電池素子として
光透過性太陽電池素子を用いるともに、前記防湿
シートとして透明性防湿シートを用いたことを特
徴とする自動車ルーフ用太陽電池モジユール。 (2) 前記光透過性太陽電池素子はガラス基板上
に形成されるアモルフアスシリコン太陽電池素子
であることを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の自動車ルーフ用太陽電池モジユ
ール。 (3) 前記光透過性太陽電池素子の可視光線透過
率を１０％以上としたことを特徴とする前記実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項および第２項記載の自
動車ルーフ用太陽電池モジユール。 (4) 前記透明防湿シートが透明ガラスまたは透
明樹脂よりなることを特徴とする前記実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車ルーフ用太陽電
