Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the relatively slight rubbing action of a rotary machine and the magnification state thereof, by using a sound judge circuit and a vibration judge circuit and judging the generation state of the rubbing action by the combination of a sound signal and a vibration signal. CONSTITUTION:A sound detection sensor 3 detects the ultrasonic wave generated by the sliding, that is, the rubbing action between the rotary part and stationary part of a rotary machine 1. A sound judge circuit 9 compares the sound signal from the sound detection sensor 3 with a predetermined set value to judge the generation of the rubbing action. A vibration detector 12 detects the vibration of the rotary machine 1 and a vibration judge circuit 14 compares the vibration signal from the vibration detector 12 with a predetermined set value to judge the generation of an abnormal action. When the sound judge circuit 9 judges the existence of the rubbing action, said circuit 9 outputs a caution signal and, further, when the vibration judge circuit 14 judges the generation of the abnormal action, said circuit 14 outputs an alarm signal through a logical circuit 10.

This type of conventional equipment is described in the literature (Thermal Nuclear Power Generation 1
April 1985 VoQ, 36Development of rubbing diagnosis technology using AE measurement methodAs shown in p. 35-43), an acoustic detection sensor is installed on a one-rotation machine to detect the acoustic signal generated when a rubbing phenomenon occurs, and detect this acoustic signal. After detection, a rubbing signal close to a sine wave is extracted by passing it through a rotational frequency synchronous filter controlled by the rotational speed, and an alarm is generated when the level of this rubbing signal exceeds a predetermined set value. It is being taught.

Also, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-92829,
A vibration detector is attached to the rotating machine to detect vibrations generated by friction between the rotating body and the fixed body. After detecting this vibration signal, a vibration signal component synchronized with the rotation speed is extracted, and its output level is adjusted to the set value. Measures are taken to issue a warning when the limit is exceeded.

In order to solve the above purpose, an acoustic judgment circuit that compares the acoustic signal from the acoustic detection sensor with a predetermined normal value to determine that a rubbing phenomenon has occurred, and a vibration signal from the vibration detector to a predetermined alarm value. In comparison, it includes a vibration determination circuit that determines that a rubbing phenomenon has occurred, and outputs a caution signal when the acoustic determination circuit determines that a rubbing phenomenon has occurred, and the acoustic determination circuit outputs a caution signal and the vibration determination circuit determines that a rubbing phenomenon has occurred. This is achieved by providing a logic circuit that outputs an alarm signal when it is determined that a phenomenon has occurred.

The acoustic determination circuit compares the acoustic signal from the acoustic detection sensor with a predetermined normal value, and outputs a caution signal when the acoustic signal exceeds the normal value. The vibration determination circuit compares the vibration signal from the vibration detector with a predetermined alarm value, and outputs an alarm signal when the vibration signal exceeds the alarm value. The logic circuit outputs an alarm signal when the acoustic judgment circuit outputs a caution signal and the vibration judgment circuit outputs an alarm signal. The rubbing phenomenon of a 0-rotation machine initially generates a sliding sound that continues to increase.
If it progresses further, it will bring about secondary vibration changes.

Therefore, it is possible to determine the occurrence state of the rubbing phenomenon based on the combination of the acoustic signal and the vibration signal, and it is possible to output a caution signal when a slight rubbing phenomenon occurs, and an alarm signal when a large rubbing phenomenon occurs. Therefore, the operator can grasp the degree of occurrence of the rubbing phenomenon, and can also predict it in advance to a certain extent, allowing smooth maintenance and operation of the rotating machine.

In FIG. 1, it is assumed that a rotating machine 1 is held by a flattened bearing 2, and an acoustic detection sensor 3 is attached to the flattened bearing to extract an acoustic signal through an oil film. The output of the acoustic detection sensor 3 is amplified by an amplifier 4, detected by a detection circuit 5, and then given to a rotational frequency tuning filter 6 as an input signal. On the other hand, a signal proportional to the rotational speed is extracted by the rotation detector 7 and applied as a control input to the one-rotation frequency synchronous filter 6. The output of the rotary frequency tuning filter 6 is input to a rectifier circuit 8 and converted into a voltage level. Next, this voltage level signal a signal in FIG.
The record input is compared with a predetermined normal value, and if the normal value is exceeded, the output logic of the signal b shown in FIG. Notifies the outside that a slight rubbing phenomenon is occurring by making a noise or the like. When a large rubbing phenomenon occurs, the vibration detector 12 detects an increase in the vibration of the rotating machine, and the shaft vibration measuring device 13 detects the increase in the vibration of the rotating machine. Measure. The output signal of the shaft vibration determiner 13 (see Fig. 2) is the C signal in the vibration determination circuit 1.
4, and is compared with a predetermined alarm value, and when the alarm value is exceeded, the output logic of the signal d in the output cylinder 2 of the vibration judgment circuit 14 becomes 411 II, and the output of the sound judgment circuit 9 is inputted to the logic circuit 1o. The logical product of the signal shown in FIG. 2 and the input signal d of the output tube 2 of the vibration determination circuit 14 is established, and the logic circuit 1
Output of 0 The logical output of the signal e in FIG. 2 becomes 1'' level.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the occurrence of the rubbing phenomenon can be detected early and accurately, and the extent of the rubbing phenomenon can be notified to the outside. Further, in this embodiment, the case where there is one acoustic detection sensor and one vibration detector has been described, but the same objective can be achieved even when there are two or more.
