- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発泡成分のバインダ成分とを含む無機発泡材料
層の中間に補強用の鉄筋を配するとともにその表
裏両側に化粧板としての大形陶磁器板を重ねた状
態において、該発泡材料を発泡させると同時に前
記バインダ成分にてそれら大形陶磁器板を発泡体
層に固着一体化して成るサンドイツチ構造のパネ
ルにして、 それら陶磁器板と中間層たる発泡体の熱膨張率
の関係を、前者から後者を引いた値が−３．０×
１０−６〜５．０×１０−６となるようにしたこ
とを特徴とするサンドイツチ構造大形発泡パネル
。
