オンで主回路素子３回路開放状態の場合のタイム
チヤート、第３図は従来の故障検出装置を示す回
路図、第４図は第３図の動作を示すタイムチヤー
トである。 図において、２０はソリツドステートコンタク
タ、２１はトリガ回路（制御手段）、２２Ｕ，２
２Ｖ，２２Ｗは主回路素子、３０は第１の検出手
段、３１は第２の検出手段、３２は異常信号発生
手段、Ｒ，Ｓ，Ｔは３相電源、Ｍは負荷である。
なお、図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す
。

Claims (1)
- 電源から負荷へ供給される電源電流を開閉する
コンタクタと、このコンタクタの開閉動作を制御
する制御手段と、この制御手段の上記コンタクタ
の開閉制御状態を検出し、第１の検出信号を出力
する第１の検出手段と、上記コンタクタの主回路
素子を経た上記電源電流の流れていることを検出
して第２の検出信号を出力する第２の検出手段と
、上記第１の検出信号と第２の検出信号との排他
的論理和出力に基づいて異常信号を出力する異常
信号発生手段とを備えた故障検出装置。
