When grinding the inner surface of the metal pipe 1,
Conventionally, this has been carried out using a device as shown in FIG. That is, in this device, a pipe 1 is supported horizontally by a turning roller 5, and a grinder whetstone driving motor 8 is attached to a cart 7 which is driven forward and backward by a cart driving motor 6, and is rotationally driven by this motor 8. A shaft 9 is attached to the cart 7, and the grinder whetstone 2 attached to the tip of the shaft 9 is brought into pressure contact with the inner surface of the pipe 1 while being rotated, so that the inner surface of the pipe 1 is ground by the grinding action of the grinder whetstone 2. The entire inner surface of the pipe 1 is ground by rotating the pipe 1 in the circumferential direction with a turning roller 5 and moving the grinder wheel 2 in the axial direction of the pipe 1 by moving the cart 7. This is what I did. However, in such a conventional device, the grinding powder generated when grinding with the grinder whetstone 2 is scattered as dust, and a large amount of grinding sound is generated between the grinder whetstone 2 and the pipe 1, resulting in intense noise. However, when collecting the grinding powder, air is blown from the opening on one side of the pipe 1 to discharge the grinding powder from inside the pipe 1, and the powder is collected by a belt conveyor or the like. The method of transporting is taken,
In such a collection process, there is a problem in that the grinding powder is violently scattered as dust, further deteriorating the working environment. Moreover, frictional heat is generated during grinding, resulting in problems such as a decrease in the grinding efficiency of the grinder whetstone 2, a decrease in the lifespan of the grinder whetstone 2, and a decrease in the lifespan of the bearings.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is possible to perform grinding with less dust scattering and noise generation, and also to collect and recover grinding powder without scattering dust, and to reduce frictional heat. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pipe internal grinding device that can perform grinding with little generation.

The water tank 10 is provided on an inclined surface, and therefore a pair of left and right turning rollers 5, 5
As shown in FIG. 2, the heights will be slightly different. Further, the cart 7 is provided with a grinder whetstone driving motor 8 and a shaft 9 which is rotationally driven by the motor 8, and the grinder whetstone 2 is attached to the tip of the shaft 9. This trolley 7
is arranged on a sloped surface or sloped rail extending from the sloped surface on which the water tank 10 is provided,
The rear end is connected to the winch with a wire 12,
The truck 7 is moved back and forth along the slope by the winch.

However, when using a lever, when the pipe 1 is set on the turning roller 5, the height of the left and right turning rollers 5 is different, so the axis of the pipe 1 is tilted slightly from the horizontal. The pipe 1 is set in such a way that the lower part of the pipe 1 is submerged in water 4. At this time, one open end surface of the pipe 1 is brought into contact with a thrust roller 11 to prevent the pipe 1 from shifting due to the inclination. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the cart 7 is moved and the grinder grindstone 2 is inserted into the pipe 1 and rotated in a depressed state so that it slides into contact with the inner surface of the lower end of the pipe 1, which is the surface to be ground. At this time, the axis of the shaft 9 and the axis of the pipe 1 are parallel to each other, and as the cart 7 moves forward, the grinder grindstone 2 can be moved along the inner surface of the pipe 1 in the axial direction. 1 is rotated in the circumferential direction by a turning roller 5, and the entire inner surface of the pipe 1 is ground by a grinder wheel 2. Further, the grinder whetstone 2 is configured so that only its lower part is submerged in water 3 and is driven to rotate to perform grinding.
This is to prevent reduction grinding from becoming difficult due to increased water resistance, which would occur when the entire grinder whetstone 2 is submerged in water. It is best to set the level of the water surface so that the grinding surface of the grinder wheel is submerged by about 50 mm or less. It should be noted that the axis of the shaft 9 and the axis of the pipe 1 do not necessarily need to be parallel as in the above embodiment, and may be slightly inclined.

Here, since the grinding of the inner surface of the pipe 1 by the grinder whetstone 2 is carried out in water 4, the grinding powder caused by the grinding is not scattered as dust, and the grinding noise during grinding and the echo of the pipe 1 are avoided. The sound is reduced by the silencing and buffering effects of the water 4. Further, the grinding powder settles as sludge into the water 4, but due to the rotation action and washing action of the pipe 1, the grinding powder moves in the water along the axial direction of the pipe 1 and enters the water tank 10 from one end of the pipe 1. is discharged,
The sludge is deposited at the bottom of the water tank 10, and is collected and treated in a wet state using a sludge conveyor or the like. If the pipe 1 is inclined, the grinding powder will more easily move along the inclination of the pipe 1, so that the grinding powder can be discharged from the pipe 1 into the water tank 10 more efficiently.

As described above, in the present invention, the pipe is supported with the surface to be ground submerged under the water surface and ground by the grinder wheel, so that the grinding powder generated by the grinding is absorbed into the water. In addition to preventing the grinding noise from being caught and scattered by the water, the silencing effect of the water prevents the grinding sound from becoming too loud, allowing the work environment to be maintained in a good condition. It moves through the water through the rotating action and washing action of water, and is automatically discharged from the pipe to deposit on the bottom of the water.
Since the grinding powder can be collected in a wet state, there is no possibility that dust will be generated during the collection process of the grinding powder. Moreover, since grinding with a grinder wheel is carried out in water, water can provide a cooling effect, suppressing frictional heat generation and preventing a decrease in grinding efficiency and a reduction in the life of the grinder wheel.

In addition, the pipe is supported so that it can rotate freely in the circumferential direction with turning rollers, and the grinder grindstone inserted into the pipe is brought into rotational pressure contact with the surface to be ground, so the grinder is rotated while the pipe is being driven. It is a device that can perform grinding by pressing the grinding wheel against the surface of the pipe to be ground, and can improve grinding efficiency by rotating both the pipe and the grinder grinding wheel (the rotation speed of the grinder grinding wheel cannot exceed a certain rotation speed according to safety standards). However, rotating the pipe improves the grinding ability compared to rotating only the grinder wheel), and since it rotates the pipe, it can grind to a perfect circle.
Furthermore, the pipe was rotatably supported so that one end of the pipe was tilted downward, and a thrust roller was supported by contacting the lower end of the pipe, so that one end of the pipe was tilted downward. The pipe can be ground with a grinder wheel by rotating it while supported in an inclined state, and the grinding powder ground by the grinder wheel moves along the slope to one end of the pipe and is discharged outside the pipe. is discharged from inside the pipe more smoothly, and since the pipe is tilted and supported by thrust rollers, the pipe does not move in the longitudinal direction even if force is applied to the pipe in the longitudinal direction. , the pipe is rotatably driven so that it does not move in the longitudinal direction, allowing for smooth grinding.
