させつつ台車(7)の移動でシラインター砥石+21を
パイプ+i+の軸方向に進行させることによってパイプ

とられるが、このような収集処理では研削粉が粉じんと
して減しく飛散することになって作業環境を一層悪化さ
せるという問題があった。しかも研削時に摩擦熱が発生
して%グラインダー砥石(2)による研削効率の低下、
グラインダー砥石(2)の寿命低下、ベアリシクの寿命

と共に水による消音作用で研削前が大きく轡<ことを防
止でき、作業環境を良好に保つことができるものであり
、またシラインター砥石による研削で生じる研削粉はノ
ーイブの回転作用及び水洗作用で水中を移動してパイプ
から自動的に水底に沈積するよう排出され、研削粉は湿
潤状態で回収できることになって研削粉の収集処理の際
に粉じんが発生するおそれがないものである。しかもシ
ラインター砥石による研削は水中で行なわれるため、水
による冷却作用を与えることができ、摩擦発熱を抑えて
研削効率の低下やタラインター砥石の寿命低下などを防
